Pass to unzip, unrar usually is "FM4U

Hi, when the file is finished downloading, it is a .zip file. I try to unzip it and it says decompression failed - no files to extract. I tried to rename it .rar and it said the same thing. No files to extract.
Any advice on how to access the files?
